Founded in Birmingham in 2021, RAVAC Development brings structural engineering and architectural expertise together under one roof — guiding residential owners and investors across the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
Our Story
RAVAC Development Limited was founded by the Ayo-Yusuf family with a simple conviction: that great residential property is built on trust as much as on technical skill. From our Birmingham base, we help clients build, invest in, and improve UK residential property.
Our team brings over thirty years of combined experience across structural engineering and architecture. That depth means we don't just manage a project — we anticipate and resolve the technical issues that commonly derail residential builds and refurbishments.
Our roots are transnational. With authentic Nigerian heritage and a dual UK–Nigeria orientation, we hold a rare position: genuine UK market and technical expertise, combined with a real understanding of the investor buying from abroad. For clients who cannot be on the ground, we become their trusted eyes, ears and judgement.
